Elaine Rising wears many hats. As the sole proprietor, she concocts custom espresso drinks, whips up some great 'cheap eats', assists you in selecting the perfect book, art or other locally produced item as a gift.  OSG is a free WI-FI hot spot; Elaine also provides notary services for $5.

Elaine has a M.Ed in special education & B.A. in English, she taught for 5 years and is a published author.
