WFR Espresso di Napoli (House Blend)  A darker blend of Indian, Ethiopian, Kenyan, Brazillian, and Guatemalan beans designed to produce a thick crema to match it strong and distinctive flavor.

 

Guatemalan decaffeinated (KYW) French roasted with hints of caramel.

Desperado Dark blend of Nicaraguan and Guatemalan beans - smooth as velvet with rich dark chocolate feel.

 

French Roast  A blend of darkly roasted Columbia, Costa Rican, Kenyan, and Mexican beans producing a strong yet smooth brew.

 

Cowboy Roast  A blend of medium and darkly roasted Mexican and Costa Rican bean in a signature blend creating a delightfully smooth brew with surprising kick.

Brazil (Vargem Grande Estate) Lush, full, and bold with hints of toffee and molasses.

Columbian (San Agustin) A wonderful morning coffee, rich with hints of chocolate; bright, fruity acidity.

Costa Rican (Taparto Taruzu) Bright with raspberry notes and hints of chocolate and nuts. Great any time of the day.

Guatemalan (Antigua) A bright acidity. Chocolate and nuts balanced with crispy fruitiness.

Indian (Monsooned Malabar) Earthy with muted adidity. Hints of mushrooms. A unique flavor profile.

Kenyan (AA) Robust with a fruity, wine-like acidity.

Mexican (Hidalgo) High-grown; deep, rich flavor; bold and bright acidity.

Nicaraguan (Organic) Smooth, mild taast with hints of chocolate.

Sumatra (Mandheling) Earthy with wine like acidity. Roaster's favorite.

Tim Curry, owner of Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee Company, graduated from Roger's H.S. His father served as the minister at Lidgerwood Presbyterian Church in the 60s & 70s.
